What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a well qualified, enthusiastic and innovative Head of Learning Area for MFL to join our team in September 2025 to further the development of the MFL department. The person we are looking for must be able to demonstrate a commitment to enthusing children of all abilities and be passionate about developing teaching and learning. You must be able to lead and inspire your colleagues.
The role is vital to our improvement and we will only appoint a candidate whom we believe can make a substantial contribution to raising attainment and developing the quality of the French and Spanish currently taught in the Academy. The ability to be able to teach either French or Spanish is essential.
