Job Description Customer Success Team Lead for leading MarTech SaaS Scale-up Company insight: Exciting scale-up SaaS platform with a global presence. Multi-award-winning marketing technology platform. 1 platform in their category globally. The role: As a Customer Success Team Lead you will: Managed, through you team, a client book of c.£2.5mil. Nurture, support and drive a team of 5 CSM’s to deliver client success, retention and account growth. Work with your team to identify areas of penetration, upsell and cross sell. Motivate your team daily however you feel suits yours and their style. Be an escalation point for client contact. Contribute to the ongoing growth of the business, working with your peers to deliver service excellence. You: Previous experience in a team leader role, whether CS, Sales or Account Management. Experience of working towards commercial targets whether new sales or existing accounts. Experience in a B2B environment with software (SaaS) experience being beneficial. A true leader, that will motivate and get the best from you team. Are a proactive problem-solver with a high-level of emotional intelligence. Driven and keen to pursue a career in the SaaS space.
