As Head of Sales you will be responsible for managing the team and driving revenue growth across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to exceed performance targets and enhance overall effectiveness.
3. Identify new market opportunities and spearhead initiatives to drive business growth.
4. Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
5. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on messaging and promotional strategies.
6. Implement training programs to continually develop the sales team's skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
