Registered Manager (Children's Assessment Home)
EXPERIENCED CLINICAL REGISTERED MANAGER - CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE
We are opening a new children's assessment home and have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us.
Experience we are looking for:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above.
• QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care for the Children’s and Young People’s Workforce or QCF Level 5 or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People’s Services.
• Experience and confidence to work with clinical and education teams.
• Experience of heading multidisciplinary meetings.
• May have worked in therapeutic homes with teams having experience of trauma care and therapeutic standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality, knowing that focusing on small successes can lead to significant positive impacts.
• Passion for ensuring that children and young people have equal opportunities and a voice that should be heard.
The Role:
As a Registered Manager, you’ll be integral to the smooth running of daily life within our homes, enabling young people to thrive. Our homes all have a dedicated Deputy Manager to support you. Your role will include:
• Managing a warm and friendly home, providing a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to achieve positive outcomes.
• Achieving compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations and ensuring high standards of care and quality.
• Undertaking a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management to help your team achieve success.
• Leading a team of colleagues and facilitating their professional development.
