We are currently looking for a Business Analyst - Strategy & Performance to join team based out of our head office in Solihull. This is exciting role works with strategy, decarbonisation, operational and commercial managers, to develop and improve our processes, supporting our overall sustainability performance. As Business Analyst, you will take a leading role in embedding business analysis practices, compiling and reporting information and data to measure business performance and providing expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders. This key role assists multiple teams and business units through the provision of insights into business performance. Main Responsibilities The Business Analyst - Strategy & Performance, works with Snr Manager: Strategy and Regulatory Affairs, internal performance teams and operational to improve, develop and implement systems to support Tarmac’s goals. Takes ownership of data and performance reporting, compiling, managing, and delivering outputs to meet internal, parent and 3rd party requirements. Assists key internal and external stakeholders with data visualisation, guidance on data monitoring, data quality and auditing. • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain reporting standards for sustainability performance, through the provision of robust procedures and reporting standards. • Implement effective data quality and assurance methodologies to ensure completeness, accuracy and traceability to support internal and external audit compliance. • Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate data and reporting requirements, creating outputs that meet their needs accordingly. • Create informative reporting dashboards and implement innovative data visualisation to support and drive insight for effective performance communication to all levels of the business. • Support compliance with regulatory and business reporting schemes to ensure the maintain business license to operate. • Support the development and implementation of training programmes to BU teams to improve compliance. • Contribute to and provide support to other team initiatives as needed.
