We are looking for a very experienced and technically strong HR Advisor for a slightly different type of HR role. This opportunity is to work for a market-leading outsourced HR Consultancy and the role of the Senior HR Advisor is to provide thorough and comprehensive advice and guidance to a wide range of SME businesses across the region. Primarily based out of their modern offices in Blackburn, the Senior HR Advisor will be required to meet clients at their premises as well as giving advice over the phone and via email.
The role will consist of supporting clients with activities from providing contracts and policies right through to supporting with large TUPE projects and engagement initiatives. The Senior HR Advisor is expected to advise on a breadth of Employee Relations matters, therefore it is paramount that you have significant experience of both high volume and complex casework and are able to advise clients accordingly. You will need to be a commercial thinker who can think quickly on their feet and provide solutions and advice to meet the client's needs.

Responsibilities:
* Support and provide first line advice, guidance and support on all Employee Relations issues including attendance and advising at meetings, hearings and appeals, and the preparation of draft letters and reports in relation to grievance (collective/individual), discipline, employee performance and capability, redundancy (including redeployment), re-organisation and restructuring of services, TUPE, absence management and conditions of service.
* Meet with clients and discuss their long-term business and people goals and provide advice and solutions to support these.
* Deliver HR training on topics such as Employment Law, Policy & Procedure, Health & Well-being.
* Represent and promote the business in a professional manner at all times, including attendance at promotional events.
Skills:
* Minimum of CIPD Level 5 or working towards.
* Significant Employee Relations experience, including complex casework.
* Ability to demonstrate a commercial approach and the delivery of HR solutions to business issues.
* UK driving licence.
