The Triple Crown Centre is a small school for students aged 11-16 who are unable to access mainstream education due to medical needs. We are seeking to appoint committed, enthusiastic and conscientious Wellbeing and Learning Leads.
The successful candidates will be:
* Committed to supporting all our young people to achieve the very best of outcomes
* Enthusiastic and self-motivated
* Skilled in their ability to provide personalised pastoral support to help re-engage learners
* Able to use their own initiative to work flexibly and independently
* Committed to having the safety and wellbeing of students at the heart of everything they do
* Creative in their ability to create, enhance and review bespoke learning packages
* Keen to embrace new challenges and capitalise on opportunities presented
* Willing to actively contribute to all aspects of school life
