Founding Principal Recruitment Consultant – Full Stack Engineering (Permanent)

What You’ll Do:
* Active business development: bringing in new clients through networking events, regular client meetings, proactive cold-calling and penetration of current clients.
* Build relationships with top-tier candidates: fostering long-term, meaningful relationships built on trust and collaboration.
* Bring innovation and drive to our team: finding new & better ways to do recruitment, seeking opportunities beyond what we’re already doing. Managing accounts with strategic thinking and a culture of trust.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 36 months of Technology recruitment experience.
* A proven 360 Billings profile – Principal Consultants are expected to bill £250k+ (new business).
* Expertise in the Full Stack Engineering market.
* A desire to be part of an ambitious, profitable early-stage startup.
* Proven success within their niche and a desire for career growth while enjoying a flexible lifestyle.
* Resilience and discipline to stay consistent every single day.
* Ambition and self-motivation to be a future leader (biller or management).
* Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
* Passion for Tech for Good.

* Goal-oriented both professionally and personally.
