We're on the lookout for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to help grow our footprint across the wholesale sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced business at the forefront of industry expansion, where your ideas and energy will have real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
* Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the region
* Building lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers
* Researching market trends to uncover opportunities and shape strategy
* Presenting proposals that clearly demonstrate value and ROI
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure top-notch delivery and client satisfaction
* Monitoring performance and market activity, keeping everything on track
What We're Looking For
* At least 2 year's experience in a business development, sales, or client-facing role
* Proven ability to hit (and exceed!) commercial targets
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Self-starter with a collaborative approach
* Bonus if you know your way around the retail, wholesale, or leisure markets
