General maintenance experience, including building upkeep. Experience in the maintenance of machinery (preventative and repair). Full driving licence. Preferable Skills (Willing to Train): Forklift licence (preferable but not essential). Gas Safe qualification (preferable but not essential). PAT testing experience. Asbestos removal/identification (training available). Advantageous Skills: Welding experience. Lathe operation skills. General plumbing experience. Key Tasks: Although this position is predominantly based in Stourbridge, the role will require travel to another (which is within a 2-3 hour commute) once every couple of weeks so will need a full clean driving licence. Key holder duties and responsibility for opening up as needed. Call-out duties for alarms, intruder/fire systems, and furnace (although minimal) Abilities: Strong teamwork and collaboration. Excellent communication skills. Willingness to learn new skills. Punctual and reliable. Ability to work unsupervised. Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
