Already an established and recognised leader in their space but, with massive scope for 'more' to happen. The team in marketing already in situ is a small but perfectly formed group of people, awaiting their mentor in all things strategic marketing. The company is a trusted Microsoft partner, and as such, they're in search of someone to spearhead their marketing development over the course of the next three to five years building the team and enlarging the budget as they go. You'll need to have a really strong background in B2B, and either software marketing, IT or non-tangible solutions lead technology in abundance. You'll be both lead gen focused, but with a core passion for brand and Cambridge tech echo space. About the Role: Develop and implement marketing strategies to position the business as a leading IT software and services provider in Europe and further afield. Lead marketing campaigns to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand the customer base. Oversee marketing operations, managing an internal team and multiple external agencies across digital marketing, content, and events. Strategy development with campaigns in mind and build a scheduled and concise plan of action when it comes to all things measurable. Guide and mentor a small marketing team. About You: Ideally looking for 5 years of experience in B2B marketing within the IT, software or tech services industry. Experience in creating and executing B2B marketing strategies, with a focus on driving growth and pushing the boundaries of Proven success in managing digital marketing, organising events (both virtual and in-person), and using marketing automation tools. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small team and working with external marketing agencies also The Package: Competitive salary ranging up £70,000, depending on experience.
