Bid Manager Commercial Interiors
Our Client is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Bid Manager to join our Pre-Construction team. Youll play a key role in pricing, estimating, and managing the tender process for glazed partitioning and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and bids
Analyse tender documents and produce BoQs
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Lead pre- and post-tender presentations
Ensure smooth project handover to delivery teams
Maintain CRM records and contribute to sales strategy
What Were Looking For:
Experience in estimating or commercial interiors
Knowledge of Joinery, Drylining, Glazing or Furniture trade.
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Experience with estimating software (e.g. Conquest desirable)
