Our Client is looking for a talented Service Advisor to join their Aftersales team in Scarborough.
The role involves:
1. Welcoming customers into the service centre, making a great first impression and offering an excellent customer experience from start to finish;
2. Booking vehicles into the workshop;
3. Using your sound Automotive knowledge to clearly relay any work required to the customer, ensuring that you're giving advice with reasonable timescales;
4. Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle, authorising any additional work required;
5. Ethically upselling additional work, products and services offered by the Company;
6. Dealing with financial transactions - raising and sending invoices, taking payments.
We're looking for Candidates with the following qualities / experience:
1. Strong time-management skills;
2. Excellent interpersonal skills;
3. Experience working within a fast-paced and target-driven environment;
4. Values that would fit in with a Company who values honesty and a forward-thinking nature;
5. Ideally Motor Trade experience within an Aftersales capacity, Service Advisor, Service Reception or similar.
