Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to define, own and execute a strong digital trading strategy. Passionate about digital trading, this is an opportunity for someone who takes a hands-on approach to manage and lead their trading team. Joining at a period of high performance and significant investment into digital is an amazing opportunity for someone to contribute to the growth and development of the performance of the Frasers Group Customer Team.
Full accountability for driving digital sales through the commercial strategic planning, initiative building and operationalisation of our digital fascias. You will be responsible for the development and execution of campaign, brand and promotional strategies, facing into digital marketing, commercial and optimisation teams to drive initiatives and actions to improve conversion rates and other sales and customer KPIs.
4. Accountable for managing the day to day trading and execution of multiple websites
5. Shape and oversee reporting of daily/weekly/monthly/annual trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and producing action plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are met
6. Oversee and guide team analysis of seasonal sales patterns to maintain commercial awareness, understanding of key competitors and customer behaviour
7. Collaborate with key stakeholders across digital and broader business teams to plan fascia digital trading calendar
8. Lead the delivery and reporting of all on-site promotions and content activity
9. Define and manage forward-looking / longer-term trading strategy considering design and functionality improvements, contributing to product development and UX roadmaps
10. Work with digital marketing team to ensure product & trading strategies are supported by the digital marketing strategy for all channels
11. Work with optimisation team to ensure customer journey and all campaigns and promotions are supported to drive successful KPI’s
12. Work with brand marketing team to ensure assets are commercial and use tooling to report back on asset performance
13. Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate development and execution of evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement and conversion
14. Accountable for process of improving product content, supporting teams to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales
People Management.
15. Demonstrate strong leadership and extensive people management skills

18. Be an active and positive contributor to the team, contributing to the overall digital strategy
19. Represent the Digital Trading Team across the wider business, ensuring digital KPI’s are understood and achievable for all
Qualifications
20. Valid working rights for the UK
21. Analytical with strong reporting skills, advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user
22. Experience working within e-commerce platforms
23. Experience driving both day-to-day improvements and larger strategic projects that contribute to sales growth
24. Experience in team management and development
25. Independent, self-motivated, and proactive
26. At least 5 years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brand
