Procurement Data, Process & Governance Manager - £ Multi-Billion Fortune 100 Firm – Remote (with travel) – up to £70,000 – 2 year contract
This multinational Fortune 100 conglomerate is pumping investment into Procurement to transform processes, tools, and systems in the movement towards best-in-class. Now the Firm has created a new position to strongly contribute to Supply Management performance. The role will lead and accelerate the development of our data, process, and governance solutions supporting the business needs and mitigating supply chain risk. They will act as team lead for supplier and product data teams.
This role will be the Source to Pay (including governance & risk framework) process owner leading the design, build, and deployment of end-to-end consistent processes ensuring that this is underpinned by their data and technology roadmap.
Procurement Data, Process & Governance Manager role profile:
* Management of procurement processes including risk, governance, and data
* End to end Source to Pay Process Ownership
* Entry point on data processes, governance, and data management
* Implement the global and local standards for Supply Management Data
* Create and deliver data, process, systems, and governance roadmap
* Coordinator of country data initiatives & guarantor of their fit for Business purpose
* Ensure the Supply Management processes as they relate to the governance of vendors and management of data are documented and implemented
* Departmental representative in managing the risk profile of the vendor landscape
Required background:
* Solid experience in Data Management & Data Governance (3-5 years)
* CDMP certified or affiliation with DAMA desired
* Knowledge of Supply Management & Procurement desired
* Ability to work in a multi-cultural and matrix environment
* Proven track record in complex relationship management
* Good knowledge of data quality issues/challenges & data management processes
* Experience in project management with the ability to build and deliver a roadmap of initiatives
* Experience in working with IT teams desired
