Job summary – What to expect: As the EMEA HR Analytics & Insights Intern of our HR Team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in human resources data analysis, processes optimization and contribute to data-driven decision-making within our organization. This internship is designed to provide exposure to HR tools and technology, data management, analytics, allowing you to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes. In this role you will provide support to the EMEA HR team on a wide range of HR projects and day to day activities to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business and HR team. Data Collection and Preparation Data Analytics and Reporting HR System Management Process Documentation and Improvement HR Projects About you: We are looking for someone with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for data analysis. We are looking for someone with: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visio including pivots, Vlookups and general formulas. Eagerness to acquire new knowledge and skills and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Effective planning and organization skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to present information and data, including ability to tell stories with data. High attention to detail and ability to spot errors in large datasets. High degree of confidentiality and dealing with sensitive matters Education: Currently undertaking an undergraduate degree in Business Analytics / Data Analytics or a closely related Business, HR or Finance degree, and plan on pursuing a career in a related field.
