Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented National Account Manager to support our Senior Leadership Team in delivering exceptional Facilities Management (FM) services across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in Facilities Management, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Key Attributes & Competencies: Experience & Knowledge: 10 years of experience in Facilities Management and Account Management. Strong understanding of Total Facilities Management (TFM) operations, service coordination, and contract management. Experience of managing multi-site, multi-discipline Facilities management contracts. Knowledge of financial tracking, budgeting, and reporting within an FM or service-based environment. Experience using Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems. Proven project management experience within Facilities Management. Skills & Abilities: Proven ability to oversee multiple accounts, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to drive operational excellence and team performance. Advanced communication and negotiation skills to influence key stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and service partners. Ability to efficiently manage your own time to ensure that client site visits are fulfilled, and all outcomes are recorded and actioned in a timeous manner. Expertise in handling complex client escalations and implementing effective solutions. High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools to track KPIs, service levels, and financial performance. Qualifications (Preferred but Not Essential): A degree or relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive experience in Facilities Management, property management, or the service industry, with a track record of managing large-scale accounts. Previous experience presenting performance reports, operational updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and board members. IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate.
