We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support for our Fire & Security division. This role involves liaising with engineers, managing diaries, and coordinating customer appointments.
Responsibilities
* Support the Fire & Security team with administrative tasks and project coordination
* Schedule and organize appointments for engineers and ensure timely completion of tasks
* Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and schedule service appointments
* Manage calendars and diaries for the team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
* Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to service activities
* Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
* Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a technical or service-based industry
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
* Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Day-to-day
