Our client, a well-established leading manufacturing company, is seeking a hard-working individual with a track record for hitting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Grow market share by driving sales
* Set up the Trade partner network for the company and appoint distributors/resellers
* Create training roadmap, provide design solutions, and supervise installation for trade partners
* Continuously track performance, records, and analyze the same for achieving the organizational annual objectives
* Cross-functional engagement with different departments like logistics and accounts
* Enroll partners for training on our systems and other products
* Establish Trade partner network for the company and appoint distributors/resellers in the fire safety domain
* Maintain healthy relationships with Trade partners and ensure support
* Engage with Trade partners and influence and support them for driving business
Person Specification:
* Must have worked with Trade partners and be capable of building distribution and generating business through signing up with new business partners
* Experience of 3-5 years in Fire Safety Business with products like Kitchen Suppression System/ Total Flooding System/ Tube Based System would be desirable
* A hard-working individual with a track record for hitting and exceeding targets
