Are you ready to lead Electronics projects? I am seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to join the team.
As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you’ll craft robust electronics solutions meeting customer requirements.
Hold a pivotal role within a project and set the standards of good engineering practice, leading by example, and often be seen as an expert in their given field.
Regularly communicate with senior management, customers and other key stakeholders maintaining a focus on tactical and some strategic oversight of projects, technology, and team development.
Take a lead role in developing or enhancing technology within the business, providing subject matter expertise for technology areas and apply these to R&D development activities or projects.
Technical leadership of multi-disciplined projects, with ability to foster a culture a systematic approach while providing our customers with solutions.
Provide key insights into resource planning of engineers working under them.
Line management role to support other engineers as part of a smaller sub team overseeing training and development needs.
Electrical/Electronics Design: Strong theoretical and practical understanding.
Analysis: Proficient in circuit emulation, performance, and power budgets.
Project Management:
Leadership: Proven experience in leading or supervising projects and teams.
Knowledgeable about the full project lifecycle.
Embedded Software: Motors/Drives: Ability to calculate motor performance.
Understanding of control systems analysis and performance.
Simulation Tools: Python, Matlab, Simulink, LT-Spice, Simetrix.
Management Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
