As a qualified Occupational Therapist with current HCPC registration, you’ll be responsible for leading holistic assessments to address reablement needs and planning, implementing and reviewing interventions. You’ll provide support across our multi-disciplinary team. You’ll also have the opportunity to support with service development and innovation.
Reablement is a strengths-based short-term assessment and support service, aiming to help the patient maintain or regain as much independence in activities of daily living. The team is made up of Occupational Therapists, practitioners, carers, sensory staff, and business support, supported by operational management. The team ethos is about working together and supporting each other to provide the best level of care to the people we care for.

Our Service operates 7 days a week and there will be a requirement to work weekends on a rotational 1:8 basis for which Sunday enhancements are paid.
Travel Requirements
You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire, and it is essential that you have a current drivers’ licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
