Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in shipping, logistics, or administration? We’re looking for a Shipping Administrator to join our client’s team in Blackburn!
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Coordinating shipments, ensuring accurate and timely import of goods
2. Liaising with couriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to track deliveries
3. Managing shipping documentation, including invoices, customs paperwork, and compliance records
4. Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records of stock movements
5. Handling queries related to shipping, deliveries, and logistics
What They’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience in a similar shipping/logistics admin role
2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
