As a Senior Planner, you will work closely with the Client Services team to deliver strategic plans tailored to a variety of accounts to build client relationships, grow the business, and become an invaluable asset to the client services team.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide tactical and strategic planning insights to develop a long-term plan tailored to each client across a variety of channels, both print and digital.
2. Provide in-depth analytical insight into the market to ensure plans are robust and in line with market trends, competitor activities, and commercial landscapes.
3. Run and host workshops within client organizations.
4. Play an integral role to support the creative/account and planning team throughout the creative journey.
5. Bring new ideas, insights, and the ability to solve problems objectively and strategically.
You:
To be successful for this Senior Planner opportunity, you will have been working in a strategy/planning capacity within a healthcare communications organization:
1. Demonstrable experience developing brand and campaign planning strategies.
2. Experience working with clients to build strategic, evidence-based brand plans and go-to-market plans that drive business growth.
3. An ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. An in-depth understanding of business and brand strategy specific to the pharmaceutical sector.
5. Experience providing market insights and analysis to give an overview of the agency's activities in relation to the market and their competitors.
6. Excellent communication skills to convey credibility and respect.
7. Degree-educated.
