Director of Security, Estates and Resilience
Salary - Executive Grade D, £81,606- £104,546 plus high secure environmental allowance of £1,679.10 per annum (pro rata)

Your approach will role model our values, as you lead a successful team in tackling new challenges and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the continued development and evolution of a number of critical services, including Security, Estates and our Resilience Team.
You must have significant experience at a senior level, with a proven track record of delivery and of leading and implementing change. Knowledge and experience of high secure environments is also essential.
Participation in the senior manager on-call rota is a requirement of the role.
