Marketing Executive
Location: Manchester HQ (full-time in office - with occasional travel)

This role is ideal for someone passionate about youth culture, food, drink, and live events, with the energy and skill to contribute to impactful digital marketing activity. Working closely with senior team members, the successful candidate will help deliver engaging content, support digital advertising efforts, and maintain key digital platforms across a range of brands.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
* Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging social content across multiple brand accounts.
* Repurpose existing assets and design fresh content using tools like Canva or CapCut.
* Use platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Later, or Hootsuite to manage content calendars.
* Monitor social trends, particularly on Instagram and TikTok, to keep content relevant and engaging.
* Support influencer outreach and help manage collaborations.
* Monitor and engage with communities via comments and direct messages.
Digital Advertising & Campaign Support
* Help set up and manage paid social campaigns using Meta Ad Manager.
* Build and maintain custom and lookalike audiences.
* Analyse campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
* Assist in coordinating national and regional campaigns with internal and external teams
Website & WordPress Maintenance
* Regularly update venue websites with fresh content, including event listings, menus, and booking links.
* Identify and flag any user experience issues or site inconsistencies.
* Assist with landing page builds and campaign-specific content.
Email & CRM Marketing
* Collaborate with the CRM Manager to prepare copy and visual content for email campaigns.
* Help design and assemble assets for regular newsletters and announcements.
* Provide input on the design and structure of campaign emails.
General Marketing Support
* Communicate with venue teams to gather promotional details and content.
* Attend photoshoots, content creation days, and key event activations as needed.
* Support the wider marketing and creative team across brand rollouts, seasonal campaigns, and content planning.
Key Skills & Attributes
* Strong copywriting ability with a flexible tone of voice.
* Confident using Meta Business Suite, Ad Manager, and WordPress.
* Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
* Good understanding of youth-focused social media platforms and trends.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Passionate about nightlife, food, drink, music, and event culture.
Preferred Experience
* 1–2 years in a digital marketing, content, or social media role.
* Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, or youth culture brands.
* Proven ability to manage content across multiple brands or platforms.
* Comfortable producing social-first content and evaluating performance metrics.
