Additionally, you will maintain budgetary control by ensuring cost-effective use of provisions and devising economical menus. The role entails supervising and training kitchen staff, upholding health and safety standards, and promoting safe working practices. You will also implement Council policies and initiatives, contribute to service user safeguarding, maintain the security of the Day Centre, and handle any potential hazards in the kitchen environment.
