Our client is looking for a full time Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their HR team in the Nottingham office. This position is responsible for a variety of Human Resources activities. Responsibilities include a multitude of activities to support employees and managers in multiple locations. The Senior HR Business Partner EMEA is a professional HR role within an international, dynamic HR team, reporting directly to the Regional HR Director EMEA.
What you will be doing:
* Competent sparring partner & consultant for the defined departments (employees, managers) in all HR related issues within EMEA context
* In charge of end-to-end HR processes including operational & strategical related activities
* Proactively identifying and analyzing HR needs, developing solutions & actively and independently managing their implementation
* Involvement in Change Management Processes (e.g. Organizational Changes)
* Regional / global HR project management to continuously improve HR Environment/Performance for the internal customers
* Driving Employee Engagement
* Managing Learning & Development initiatives for the defined employees & managers
* Provide policy and procedure guidance to employees and managers, help to develop a solution for all parties
* Focal point for employees and managers on questions and changes concerning benefits, payroll, and HR operations
* Collaborate with the global and regional HR team to execute effective employee strategies for the organization
* Support Wellness and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program, tailoring to the audience
* Support in developing compensation objectives, staffing goals, performance management, and other HR related practices
* Ensuring compliance with all labor, social security and wage tax regulations as well as collective agreements in close collaboration with global legal experts
Must have for this role:
* Bachelor and or Master’s Degree in Business or Human Resources and/or relevant experience
* 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience within a MNC (Multi National Company) working environment
* 5+ years dealing with employment & social security laws
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Strong business acumen and clear understanding of your role as a proactive HR strategic business partner
* Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
* Well-organized, high level of accuracy, detail-orientated and a resourceful mindset
* Highly motivated & enthusiastic, strong sense of inspiring other people
* Empathy & sensitivity in interacting with employees & managers
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
* Additional HR training or HR professional certification is a plus
