ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to healthy order books and continued company growth, I have been asked to recruit a Demolition Site Manager to work directly for the above contractor. Working as a site manager, you will be joining the companies’ demolition management team and will be responsible for the day to day management of a site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance and time with the programme whilst also making sure standards are maintained, including health & safety. You will be accountable for producing method statements, risk assessments and preconstruction documents so must have proven experience of this.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have proven success of managing complex demolition and strip out projects in the South East, hold a CCDO Black Managers card, First Aid training and a full UK Driving license. Furthermore, you must be IT literate.
As this is a permanent opportunity, my client is looking for a professional who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout their career, holding each previous post for a minimum of 2 years.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
For this permanent opportunity, I am looking to speak to professionals who are targeting a salary from £52,000 to £55,000 per annum, however there may be flexibility on this as specific salaries will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offer including a van and fuel card, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), enrolment on to the company pension scheme, private medical insurance and full training will be provided.
