Purpose
The Service Operations Excellence Specialist supports the Service Operations Excellence Manager and service operations management in the frontline to implement, ensure compliance, and maintain the performance of end-to-end business processes and the supporting systems.
This position will be responsible for Lifts & Escalators and manage the Midlands & North regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for using and analyzing KPIs to improve daily operations according to agreed focus areas.
* Identify and propose concrete improvement actions based on analysis.
* Support the Service Operations Excellence Manager and regional Service Operations Managers in setting and following up targets according to the Field Operations Management Model.
* Train Supervisors and Service Operations Managers in the usage of maintenance tools and processes.
* Responsible for route optimization, capacity planning, and maintenance profile optimization in the front line.
* Identify and collect potential improvement ideas and contribute to the future development plans of global methods.
* Provide hands-on support for new deployments, the implementation, utilization, and constant improvement of the KONE Way business processes and tools to become part of daily operations.

* Good communication skills in both written and verbal English.
