Excellent Chef de Partie role in Luxury Hotel
Our client in the Tetbury & Fairford area is recruiting a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie with experience of working with all fresh food. You will work with all fresh seasonal produce to produce a Modern British Menu using seasonal produce cooked to 2AA rosette level. An immediate start is available for the right candidate. Live-in accommodation is available.
