Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for a bubbly and confident Customer Service Advisor to work for a well-established and global company. This is an office-based role located in Swansea on a minimum year contract.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing sales orders.
2. Providing exceptional customer service to manage enquiries and complaint resolution within a timely and professional manner.
3. Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls.
4. Liaising with sales team to increase opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Excellent Reading and Writing Skills
2. Excellent Customer Service Skills
3. Professional and Confident Telephone Manner
4. Confident Knowledge of Computer Systems
This is a long-term contract position working Monday to Friday. They are offering an annual salary of 25k based on a 35-hour week.
