About the Team:
Our SEO team is the driving force behind our online visibility and search engine rankings. With a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends, our team ensures that The Beauty Tech Group remains at the forefront of the e-commerce landscape.
About the Role:
As SEO Content Specialist, you will be responsible for optimising on-site content across the CurrentBody, ZIIP and Tria Laser domains. Recommended optimisations will cover products, collections and CMS pages together with the creation of detailed blog post briefs based on search trends and data insights.
1. Optimise the on-site content across The Beauty Tech Group domains to improve organic performance, including page titles, HTML markup, internal linking, keyword placement and schema markup.
2. Develop detailed blog briefs based on solid keyword research together with clear on-page SEO recommendations and content structure guidelines.
3. Use GA4 and GSC to track organic performance and generate reports for wider teams together with actionable insights. Reports will be produced across all brands and territories.
4. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and new opportunities.
5. Liaise across departments to share emerging search trends with recommendations on how to optimise not only on-site content but also external placements and social optimisation such as YouTube SEO.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience from in-house or agency role with on-site content optimisation across relevant keywords and themes that align fully with user intent.
2. A strong understanding of Google’s E-E-A-T initiative, to ensure that our content meets Quality Rater Guidelines.
3. Strong knowledge of SEO Platforms, including Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEO Monitor, Conductor and Google Adwords.
4. Knowledge across wider search engine algorithm updates, in particular those with a strong focus on content, including Google’s Helpful Content, Passage Ranking, BERT and Medic updates.
5. Proficiency in GA4 and Google Search Console with the ability to analyse and interpret shifts in trends for content performance reporting.
6. Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
7. Experience with CMS platforms, including Shopify and Framer.
8. Experience with Looker Studio.
9. Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
10. A background or interest in beauty tech, medical or lifestyle industries would be a plus.
