A large international hotel based in London is seeking a Meeting & Events Coordinator to join the reactive sales team responsible for organising the day-to-day meetings, conferences, and events within the hotel. The Property An exclusive managed property 380 bedrooms plus Large meeting and event space - 25 rooms plus Two restaurants, bar, etc. A fantastic property to sell Benefits you will receive as a Meeting & Events Coordinator 28 holiday days including bank holidays Incentive scheme Pension Development opportunities Worldwide group discounts The Meeting & Events Coordinator will: Report to the Meeting & Events Sales Office Manager Plan and coordinate all events with over 500 attendees Plan and conduct pre-event and post-event meetings with clients and the Event Management Team Be responsible for all reactive sales within the office As Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will have: Experience as a Meeting & Events Coordinator or Meeting and Events Sales Executive Ideally, experience in organising events for 300 pax High standards and a can-do attitude Results-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail Strong commercial outlook Excellent customer care and focus with the ability to think outside the box This role could be ideal for a candidate looking to transition from a venue, conference centre, exhibition hall, or stadia into hotels.
