Job Responsibilities
* To support the Senior staff with the running of the medical ward on a shift by shift basis.
* To be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
* To work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team.
* To develop an understanding of the requirements of the National Service Framework.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic registered nurses to join our Sub-Acute Medical/Palliative care ward within YYF. Penallta ward 3/2 is a twenty-eight bedded single room environment. We pride ourselves in providing excellent standards of nursing care to our patients with acute medical conditions. Also, we provide dedicated care to those patients who require specialist palliative care input and end of life care.
We are looking for enthusiastic registered nurses who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We work closely with our multi-disciplinary team and palliative care team to deliver high-quality individualised patient-centred care.
