Optimise are currently looking for site managers with an M&E background for contracts in Leeds and Nottingham for 10-month contracts.
Please see the details below, Rates are negotiable and these projects are starting immediately
The Role:
* Working on a large commercial project supervising electrical teams and co-ordinating the daily activities of the electrical teams.
* Working with contractors to complete projects on time.
* Writing up and submitting daily activity reports to the project manager.
* Working to Electrical Operational Procedures, safe working practices and Health & Safety procedures as required.
* Providing technical guidance and support to the Dc Power Teams.
* Contacting outside vendors for parts or when requiring technical assistance.
* Coordinating and completing site audits and all follow up actions.
* Helping project managers to conduct health & safety inspections in work areas.
* Reporting to the Project Manager.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Will have proven experience in a supervisory role overseeing electrical installations on robust M&E projects
* Will have a recognised electrical qualification.
* Will hold a valid CSCS/Skill/JIB Card & SSSTS or SMSTS.
* Will be computer literate.
* Will have strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities.
* Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Will have excellent communication skills.
