Permanent Customer Service Administrator, based in Stockport, £25,000, immediate start Your new company This successful organisation is seeking a customer service administrator to join their team. They're well-established, have a global presence and keep their customers at the forefront. Your new role You will be responsible for providing customer service and administrative support. You will be monitoring a busy customer inbox and filtering emails to the relevant department and also handling queries. You will be processing customer orders from start to finish and ensuring that their products are delivered on time. You'll be dealing with any delivery issues, processing POs and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the team. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience within administration and customer service will help you succeed in this role. You have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You're proactive in your approach and are happy to help out within the team and the office. You're able to work well in a fast-paced environment and are a problem-solver and a team player.
