The Lead for People Development will support the Head of Education and People Development through realignment processes and conversations, leading change management as required to ensure the People Development provision within the Education and People Development Service meets the needs of both the organisation and our staff, and promotes a positive and supportive education, learning and workforce development culture. The Lead for People Development will lead and manage education, learning and development teams, apprenticeship and careers, leadership and management development, induction, and business administration.
