Job Description:
Proclinical is seeking a Medical Liaison Manager to join our team. This role involves both field-based and office-based responsibilities, focusing on building relationships with healthcare professionals and supporting medical and scientific initiatives. You will play a key role in delivering medical education, gathering insights, and contributing to strategic medical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals.
- Deliver medical and scientific information through presentations and educational materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business plans.
- Support medical information and respond to complex inquiries.
- Coordinate and monitor collaborative research projects.
- Stay updated on scientific knowledge and industry trends.
- Contribute to strategic brand and portfolio planning.
- Initiate and manage scientific projects and advisory boards.
- Support access to products through health technology appraisals and real-world evidence initiatives.
- Participate in internal training and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Higher scientific degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in medical affairs, with a focus on field and office-based roles.
- Knowledge in therapeutic areas related to rare diseases, neuroscience, or post-natal depression.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proactive and adaptable with excellent presentation skills.
- Autonomous in project management and event organization.
