An opportunity has arisen in a Salisbury law firm to work with an exciting and progressive wills and probate team in a firm which continues to grow. The Private Client Lawyer will be an enthusiastic and motivated lawyer.

A successful private practice with a number of offices strategically placed and offering a comprehensive legal service to both business and individual clients.
The Role
The Private Client Lawyer role will require managing a case load involving primarily probate as well as administration of estates, drafting wills, powers of attorney, running court of protection cases and tax/trust work. The firm offers flexible work arrangements.
The Candidate
The Private Client Lawyer will be a solicitor or legal executive with good experience and in particular a thorough understanding of the law and practice surrounding private client taxation and trusts is absolutely essential. Essentially, the Private Client Lawyer will be a confident, well-presented, well-organised, friendly and approachable lawyer with excellent communication skills, the ability to supervise junior lawyers, and a proven biller.
Salary dependent upon experience.
