Rockstar is on the lookout for talented Production Coordinators who possess a passion for organisation and support for our Technology Production team.
This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstars state-of-the-art game development studio in Edinburgh, Scotland.
WHAT WE DO
The Technology Production team act as general support across all of our Code, Tools and Design Systems departments to help create the celebrated games that we are known for. Where each sub-department has its own dedicated production to help coordinate their work, we oversee general initiatives to assist the departments as a whole.
Beyond our own initiatives, we work with management and production teams cross-departmentally to help coordinate the development of various projects., Work closely with the global Technology teams and your peers in Production on a wide array of projects and initiatives, across studios and time zones.
Maintain production timelines by liaising with your production peers within and across departments.
Oversee bug backlogs, including driving and refining timeline estimates.
Gather information and resources from the team and collate them for daily and weekly updates on all projects whilst equally producing and disseminating specialist reports to support other departments.
Produce reports to help with long-term planning, organise sprint meetings and follow up on project progress.
Communicate project status, risks and priorities to project leads, peers and other production staff.
Create and maintain documentation from a variety of sources, including meeting notes, design docs, weekly project updates, and emails, plus record tutorial and demo videos for feature areas as required.
Maintain an up-to-date familiarity with the games and feature areas youre covering, to ensure appropriate prioritisation of work.
5+ years of experience in Production, Project Management or QA roles.
Positive, solution-oriented person with a passion for game development and project management., Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
An aptitude for working in a deadline-focused team environment.
Proven ability to write accurate and descriptive software bug reports.
Proven ability to communicate and comprehend technical information in both written and verbal form.
Self-motivated and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
An eagerness to learn new software and develop skillsets.
Strong data management skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Able to work both on a variety of tasks simultaneously: sometimes as a team and sometimes of their own autonomy.

Professional experience in the Software, Video Game, or similar industry.
Professional experience in Quality Assurance, Help Desk, IT support, etc.
Experience with Program Management,

Familiarity with Perforce or equivalent source control software.
Familiarity with Jira or equivalent bug/project tracking software.
Experience using Figma and FigJam.
Experience reading and analysing technical output and/or crash dumps
In-depth familiarity with Rockstar products is a plus.
