SPECIFICATIONS:
1. General Pharmacist duties including Medicines reconciliation, audits, patient counselling, clinical checks and participating multi-disciplinary team meetings
QUALIFICATIONS:
2. 6 months of Healthcare experience as a Pharmacists
3. Right to work in the UK
4. References covering the last 3 years of clinical employment
5. Should have 1 year of experience
6. GPhC registration
7. Overseas Police Check, if any
8. Indemnity Insurance
9. Up-to-date CV
10. Key skills: Compassion, Time management, Clinical Skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
11. Clinical review of prescriptions and patient-orientated medication review
12. Provision of specialist pharmaceutical advice to multi-disciplinary teams
13. Involvement of patients in decisions about their medicines to support adherence and improve outcomes
14. Potential to utilise non-medical prescribing skills within the role outline
15. Opportunity to influence the development of services to improve patient care through service redesign
16. Participation in clinical audit and service evaluation
17. Supervision of junior pharmacy staff
18. Contribution to the training and development of junior pharmacy team members and other members of the multi-disciplinary team
19. Participation in the clinical supervision programme
20. Input to the development of policies and procedures and treatment guidelines
21. Contribute to initiatives to improve medicines safety
