Job summary Facilities Accommodation Team Leader This job is the perfect job for someone who is looking to start their career into supervisory and management. You will be given the full support and training to enable you to climb the career ladder. The role of Facilities Accommodation Team Leader plays a key part of accommodation services. The successful candidate will work with the accommodation team be responsible for the supervision of the accommodation service assistants. Facilities Accommodation Leader may be required to support in cleaningtasks at times of low staffing or increased demand. They are also responsible for receiving and delivering cleaning materials to the accommodation facilities and therefore candidates for this post are required to be physically fit. Core Working Hours Full time, 37.5 hours, working a 08.00-16.00, Monday-Friday, may include bank holidays. Within your contracted hours of work, you may be required to support in covering for other Facilities Team Leaders from time to time, dependant on service requirements. Enhancements for night time, bank holiday and weekend work are offered as a part of this role. Main duties of the job The Right Candidate To be considered for this role, it would be advantageous if you have worked in a busy NHS setting or have experience in a cleaning or portering.
