Producing high quality assessments, accurately assessing and managing the highest level of risk and complexity. About You You are registered with Social Work England. Advanced Social Work practice with adults in a statutory setting and Knowledge of and ability to apply legislation, regulations and Practice Guidance relevant to the post including strength based and proportionate practice. Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, families and partners Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding adults and children, including complex cases; taking a think family approach Ability to manage resources and demands effectively ensuring value for money Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to team development.
