We’re looking for a talented Marketing Designer to join our growing team.
The role
As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with marketers, product designers and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and engaging brand experience. Your strong eye for UX and meticulous attention to detail will ensure that every design aligns with our brand identity and enhances the user journey.
This role is ideal for a designer with some experience who is looking for a step up, increased ownership and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including website and landing page layouts and visuals, social media assets, email templates, event materials, and digital advertisements.
2. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, adhering to established guidelines while evolving the brand as needed.
3. Collaborate with product designers to ensure marketing assets align with product UX and overall brand experience. Contribute to the development of a design system for Definely.
4. Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts that drive engagement and conversion.
5. Design and maintain reusable templates for presentations, sales collateral and internal communications.
6. Support event design needs, including booth graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
7. Create compelling diagrams and visual explanations to help illustrate product features, workflows, and complex concepts.
8. Stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
About you
1. 2+ years of design experience, ideally in a marketing, agency or brand-focused role.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing design work (web, social, digital, print, etc.).
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant software. Experience with motion design and animation would be ideal.
4. Understanding of user experience principles and how they apply to marketing, including web design.
5. A keen eye for typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
6. Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product and leadership teams.
7. Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
8. Bonus points: Experience with video editing or illustration.
