The Group Preparation Leader is a key position within our client’s organization, responsible for overseeing and enhancing vehicle preparation operations. This role will focus on driving operational efficiency, implementing structured processes, and leveraging data-driven strategies to support the company’s long-term growth and objectives.
* Oversee and enhance vehicle preparation operations to improve efficiency and organization.
* Implement lean management principles and process improvements.
* Drive a disciplined, data-driven approach to optimizing operational workflows.
* Increase preparation capacity by at least 10-15% in the first 6-12 months.
* Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve long-term efficiency goals, with potential to double capacity over time.
* Lead and mentor teams, instilling rigor and structure in day-to-day operations.
* Provide regular reports and insights to the Head of HR and Founder/Owner.
* Occasionally visit nearby sales stores as needed.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
* Strong leadership and operations management experience, ideally in automotive.
* Data-driven with the ability to analyze and improve processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Business degree and Lean certification.
* Experience in lean manufacturing or automotive operations.
