This post is 22.5 hours per week over 3 days.
In the Evesham Neighbourhood Mental Health Team (NMHT), we strive to improve the mental health and wellbeing of our local communities.
We have incorporated a huddle into the daily functioning of the team, which enables us to focus on the recovery of the patient through a multidisciplinary approach, with expertise from doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, support workers, and psychological therapies staff.

Main duties of the job
* Will work as a key member and resource of the MDT core team.
* This post will offer a challenging and exciting opportunity to gain experience of working across South Community Mental Health Service, developing relationships with Primary Care, partner agencies, and wider mental health services.
* You will have the opportunity to design and deliver evidence-based recovery-focused mental health interventions and groups. Knowledge of delivering psychoeducation within a group environment and 1:1 would be an advantage.
* You will have experience of working with this user group in community settings.
* You will have a registered qualification in mental health nursing, occupational therapy, or social work.
* You will hold a blended caseload of common mental health disorders and severe mental illness patients.
* The ability to work flexibly as the need of the service demands is essential.
* Attend weekly MDT meetings, participate in professional meetings, and signpost to adjunct services depending on patient need.
* Support and guidance to the carers of patients accessing the services.
