About the job Our Reward team provides expert guidance to the People & Culture squad, and the wider business. This includes leading the development of our reward strategy, delivering cyclical & mandatory activity, designing educational campaigns, influencing business decisions through insight and resolving complex casework. Based out of our Manchester Campus, we’re looking for a Senior Reward Analyst to join our team, focusing on key aspects of job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and data analysis. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our compensation strategies by collecting and analysing salary data both internally and externally and provide valuable benchmarking insights. This will help ensure we remain competitive and contribute to recruitment and retention across the business. You will also support our annual salary review process, performing tasks like data management and distribution, analysis, and reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our employee share scheme and ensuring smooth communication and administration throughout the awarding and vesting cycle. Additionally, you'll be responsible for salary and compensation survey submissions, handling complex reward-related queries, and serve as a go-to point for policy and process guidance. What we're looking for Strong attention to detail and accuracy for both numerical and written work is essential for this role. Experience of job levelling and grading, specifically using Willis Towers Watson methodology. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, strong data management and analytical skills, enabling you to successfully determine trends and insights from our data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and interaction with colleagues and individuals at all levels. Ability to work at pace, prioritise workload, and work fluidly in a fast-moving environment, ensuring exceptional efficiency and flawless execution. These awarded shares will become yours in yearly instalments over the next three years, and you can choose to either sell them or keep them as shares.
