Oak Ward is a 12 bedded Day case unit for children and young people requiring day surgical procedures and those children requiring specialist investigations and infusions. Paediatric Outpatients provides dedicated outpatient care to our Paediatric patients across both sites. We have a number of dedicated Paediatric Specialist nurses which includes Oncology, Diabetic and Epilepsy Nurse Specialists who work closely with patients We encourage staff to develop both clinically and managerially by providing a comprehensive induction program, preceptorship and in-house training.
