Intervention Support Officer Location: Local Bridgend SEN School Agency: Teaching Personnel Contract Type: Temporary with potential for permanent placement We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Intervention Support Officer to work in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school. Role Overview: Supporting the learning and development of pupils with a variety of SEN needs. Implementing targeted intervention strategies to help pupils achieve their goals. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure pupil progress. What We’re Looking For: A passion for supporting children with SEN. Previous experience in an educational or support role is desirable. A proactive, empathetic, and adaptable approach to learning support.
