Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Careers Advisor to provide comprehensive careers education, information, advice, and guidance to students (KS3–KS5). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering motivation, aspiration, and achievement, ensuring students make informed decisions about their futures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver impartial, one-on-one career guidance interviews to support students' decision-making.
2. Assist the Careers Lead in meeting The Gatsby Benchmarks and statutory requirements.
3. Collaborate with SEN, Safeguarding Hub, and Pupil Premium Leads to address individual needs.
4. Organize and promote career-related events and opportunities.
5. Utilise platforms like Compass+ and Unifrog to monitor and enhance career exposure.
Interview Dates: Week commencing 13th January 2025.
